I have not found a manual online for the Eddie Bauer Radio Controlled Weather Station 802R25 yet.

USING THE WEATHER BAND STATION 1. FOR WEATHER STATIONS, CLICK THE WEAIHER BAND/AM/FM (13) TO “WB”. 2. TUNE FOR THE WEATHER STATIONS BY THE TUNING (14).
It sounds like you may need to program your location into the radio. Follow these steps to do so.
1. Turn switch on side of radio to "ON". 2. Press "MENU". 3. Press "UP" arrow until "CHANNEL" is displayed. 4. Press "SELECT". 5. Press "UP" arrow until you hear the broadcast of your station. 6. Press "SELECT" to save station selection. 7. Press "MENU" to close menu mode. To turn Weather/Hazard broadcast on again, press "WEATHER/SNOOZE".
