Not work I recently bought a Graphire2 4x5 but it's not work, my computer detected the tablet & the installation was succeful but still without works

    MY wacom Graphire 2.4x5 stopped working. The contact was flimsy for a while and now there is nothing. When I put the usb plug in the computer, nothing happen.

It may have installed the driver but it wont work until you install the wacom tablet software (config program).

You will find this on your disk or.. http://www.wacom-europe.com/index2.asp?lang=en&pid=29 (UK site)

Wacom calls it a driver too but this is what you need to get it to work.. The windows must only detect that it is a human interface device or something.

Windows 8 computer won't detect netgear n300
It might not need for WIn8 to detect the adapter. when that screen appears cancel/close of otherwise kill the process and see if the adapter is recognized in Device Manager without any error icons.

Wacom Tablet Installation: Where's the Setup Process?
What you should do now is to go to Control Panel->Add Remove programs. Select the entry for this tablet and delete it. after disconnecting the tablet reboot the PC. Then without connecting the tablet, install the drivers, Reboot. Connect the tablet and allow Windows to detect the tablet and load its drivers. Then only will work properly.

Hello there. Sorry to tell you but no. the graphire and intous pens are 2 different animals. one has 512 levels of sensitivity and the other has 1024 among other things. you have to get a new pen.

Platform not supported.. Hi! I'm not sure if my tablet is the Wacom graphire, but it is a wacom tablet and is about 2yrs old.
