Question about Texas Instruments TI-84 Plus Silver Edition Graphic Calculator
When I use TI connect for my TI 84 Plus (SE) I try to use TI ScreenCapture or any other program on TI connect it says, "Cannot find a device. Please ensure your divice is sucurely connected and turned on. Then press Refresh." When I checked all of those things and I hit Refresh the same message came up. Does anyone know what to do?
I had the same problem, it can be fixed by using another cord as ArmyDrummer said, or try connecting to a differnt usb port

Try a different cable and it should work.
I think I may have a similar problem, but when I try to do anything like back up memory or install another app, either "Access Denied" or something like "Information not found" comes up. Please, help.
