Hi Sir Look at your product and type in the name of the company that is written on your component in to a web browser and you should get a list of web sites that use your product one of which will be the company that made the product on their web site you will find a link to drivers for your product listed by year down load the driver that you require to a new folder on your desk top that you have created when it has finished down loading check for viruses if none run the file and follow the instructions on the screen Hope this solves your problem Paddy

Can't get my GE Easycam pro, model #ho98064 webcam to work
down load split cam and install it from the site mentioned below run the software then connect your pc , open split cam from the progrrame, in split cam icon choose usb cam your cam shall work,
