Printer spooler services not started when i connect to network printer cannon lbp 2900

There are several ways to resolve printer spooler error, probably because there are many variations of this error.

The error caused by faulty software can be resolved by deleting all the information found in the directory.

Thereafter, navigate to the Control Panel, click on Administrative Tools and then services icon.

Find the service labeled Print Spooler, highlight it and restart the process. If that doesn't work, the program

might be corrupted.

Click on start, then Run. Search for the document labeled services.msc, and this will trigger the opening of another

window.

On this window, scroll down and click "Print Spooler". Check its setting and turn on automatic mode.

Click Okay, and restart the machine. If you're lucky, this might be all you have to do.

Still doesn't work? Navigate to the Add/Remove Programs screen of the Control Panel.

Find the all the software responsible for making the printer run including the drivers, and uninstall them. Be sure

to be thorough about it, or the problem may not be solved.

Download the latest copy of your printer's software from the manufacturer and reinstall it.

In canon ir 3300, the printer log is active, but the printing page is not coming to the Spool. how to resolve the problem?

Hi,
if the printer is not spooling, it only means that print spool service is no functioning properly. there is a way to restart the spooler.

press the windows logo key ( between Ctrl and Alt) + R >
type on the box 'services.msc' >
then locate the print spooler and double click on it >
click on drop down and choose diable >
then enable it again >
this time click on the start button to start service again.
then try to print a document again.
This should resolve the issue with the spooler.

If it still nt printing out. Uninstall the printer and reinstall it again >
then do the restart of the spooler and print again.

cheers!!

"Error 1068 Could not start the Printer Spooler on local Computer"

HI,
right click on my computer -> select manage -> one should be services and something (or something like that) open that and go to services -> find the printer spool service and right click on it -> click on properties -> in the printer spool service properites click the "Start" button and also under a drop down menu change it from "Disabled" to "Automatic".... This is what you did right ?

Log in to Administrator account and try it there. If that doesn't work then install a fresh copy of Windows Xp. It should work now. Thank you.
