HI ALL, Normal 0 MicrosoftInternetExplorer4 st1:*{behavior:url(#ieooui) } /* Style Definitions */ table.MsoNormalTable {mso-style-name:"Table Normal"; mso-tstyle-rowband-size:0; mso-tstyle-colband-size:0; mso-style-noshow:yes; mso-style-parent:""; mso-padding-alt:0in 5.4pt 0in 5.4pt; mso-para-margin:0in; mso-para-margin-bottom:.0001pt; mso-pagination:widow-orphan; font-size:10.0pt; font-family:"Times New Roman";} I think you are facing pairing problem, solution is here, First of all please understand ‘what is pairing’ Pairing is the process of coordinating your mouse's transmitter with your mouse's receiver. It requires both parts to operate on the same frequencies, usually by using the same identification code. Pairing takes place to try to eliminate interference. Some devices automatically pair both devices at start up; others need to be manually paired. Step 1. Plug in RF DONGLE into USB port, Step 2. Put the batteries in mouse (in right direction, see batteries. Direction symbols in the battery compartment +/- signs) and place the batteries. Cover, Now you can see the red light glowing on the bottom of the mouse, now your mouse is ready to pairing There is two buttons for pairing the mouse BUTTON 1 – this on the RF DONGLE, top/up side BUTTON 2 - this is at the bottom of the wireless mouse, NOTE- after pressing button-1, one time, your RF DONGLE will be ON SERCH MODE for 7 seconds, Step 3, now press BUTTON 1, one time, and move the mouse, if mouse curser is not moving then press BUTTON 2 one time – now defiantly your mouse will work, If you need any other technical support for GMAX, products please contact

No it is not the problem with drivers as you get the drivers installed in the OS on you plug in. I am sure of it because even I have the same problem. I have 2 OSes Windows and Linux and the maouse was working properly. If it was a driver problem it should have worked in one OS atleast. But its not working in both. So if anyone know a solution please help.

Problem suggests that your system requires a driver software. Try loading the driver and restart the computer for checking the function of your mouse.Else go through the system help and support from the start menu for further checking the function of the mouse.
