Samsung d500 stuck on quiet mode

My samsung d500 is stuck on quiet mode, I have no idea what the password is as my froiend gave me the phone and he can't remember!!!

    I have D 500 it is stuck some times when ring come on it and every 10 miniut it turn and emmidate turn on please give me solution

Yes, press and hold the hash key, or type *2767*2878#. Then your phone will restart itself an will start up with default settings. Your data (videos, numbers etc.) will survive ;) Samsung technician.

I have a E900 where you need to hold in the hash key # for several seconds - try that.

Only way to reset paswords to 000000000 is to completely reset the phone. Press (without simcard) *2767*3855# and wait untill phone reset completely.
