Question about HP Pavilion S7510N (EX255AA#ABA) PC Desktop
Hi, I have a HP Pavilion Slimline s7510n and it won't start up. It's almost like in a sleep mode and I can't get out of it. The PC powers up, as do the fans, mouse, and anything plugged into a usb. However, nothing on the monitor and keyboard. The power light stays blue and doesn't go into the usually "sleep mode" yellow also.
I'm the same guest from before and I've got my slimline back up and running. I found the solution somewhere else, can't remember where as I was on someone else's computer, but suggested a boot up problem with some USB devices. One suggestion was to power the computer down, unplug all USB devices and power it up again. The only USB device I had was an HP all-in-one printer/scanner. I unplugged that and the computer booted right up. Hope this helps!!

Unplug the AC power, remove the battery, wait a full minute and then reinstall AC and battery. See, if you now power up. Most power up problems are related to AC power, DC input jack, motherboard, memory or processor. A lot depends on your comfort level and expertise in how far you should go in self diagnosis and repair. Good Luck.

PC won't allow printing to printer, hooked up my laptop and printed with no problem. Uninstalled printer and re-installed but still won't print. Recovered PC from much earlier date but still no go.
