Graphics and audio drivers download

CPUs do not have drivers. They do not contain LAN, Audio, or Video components. These are part of the motherboard they are installed upon. You need to provide the
motherboard manufacturer, model number, and revision number, along with the specific Operating System you are running. We can then help you find the driver(s) you need.

The AMD Sempron you post is the computer's CPU chip and has nothing to do with sound on your computer.
You need to find the manufacturer and model# of your computer, then go to that manufacturer's website, click Support (maybe Downloads, maybe Drivers...), find the model # of your computer and download the drivers. They may or may not be available depending on the company that made your computer and if they have posted the drivers. Many companies are really unhelpful with this, but usually you can find it.

However your post does have one confusing detail - XP when installed does not reside on the motherboard but on a Hard Disk Drive. Parts of it will be loaded into memory when you boot up the PC.

If you mean that you are also installing a new Gigabyte MB under an existing installation of XP, you will probably still need the XP system disk for a reinstall of XP as it may not recognise the new MB.

If you are newly installing XP in an existing PC with the specs you mention, it should be ideal. It is best to have enough memory on board, at least 1 Gb.

You'll need to go to the website for the motherboard and download the drivers specific to your motherboard and operating system.

Your information is slightly conflicting. Pentium is a type of processor, and AMD is another brand, your computer can't contain both types of processor. Your video card will either be AGP or PCI-e, depending on the model of the computer. If you'd like to leave me the model of the PC, I'll look it up for you.
