I have downloaded the Mac drivers for this printer twice, yet when I print anything, it shoots out one sheet of paper with some meaningless (to me) text at the top, and then keeps shooting out blank sheets of paper until I hit cancel print...any ideas on how to fix this?I have downloaded the Mac drivers for this printer twice, yet when I print anything, it shoots out one sheet of paper with some meaningless (to me) text at the top, and then keeps shooting out blank sheets of paper until I hit cancel print...any ideas on how to fix this?

try to print anything from your pc if its working that means you have something wrong with scan unit, but if its blank too make sure that your copier has toner and get yourself a new drum unit.
If you aren't willing to disassemble the printer, and you are unable to see the missing pieces of paper, you will need to have the unit serviced or buy a new one. If it's under warranty, don't say anything about the shredded paper, just tell them that it started with this error code one day, and you have no clue what's wrong.
This is most likely because an error with the printer is making it impossible to delete the final print job. The most common error is no paper or a paper jam. Look for blinking lights on the printer and any error messages. Feed more paper if necessary. Once you fix the problem, reset the printer or press the blinking button.
hi,,
the nozzles of the printer might be clogged by dried inks thats why when your printing, its feeding the paper, as if its printing but no inks on the paper. print a nozzle check to see which part or color have clogs, if there are gaps or breaks, do head cleaning untill no more gaps then try printing.
click this link to see how to print a nozzle check and run a head cleaning, click the search box and type nozzle check, select "check the print head nozzles"
type head and select "clean the print head nozzles"
Try to uninstall the drivers and turn off the printer. Then install the drivers back on and turn the printer back on. And then make sure this printer is set as default.
Check your printer sharing in the system preferences... make sure it's on.. then when you get the print window, look for your printer under shared printers... try it that way... worked for me on my wifi network here.
First customize the paper size in the Page Setup. Secondly when you send command for print, change the paper size to custom size from the Printer Properties and click print. On the other hand, you can select the paper size from the printer's menu itself after sending the print command. Please make sure that the right driver of the printer is installed on your computer.
