Turn off device and reboot, allow device to get to steady state (drivers, operating system may be updating), then launch game. Also games require updates and possibly slow or bad connection to wifi.

Is your CD dirty or does it have any cracks? It might just be the problem. Otherwise, it could be corrupt game data. Clean the disc, if it still doesn't work I'd try deleting the game utility data and re-downloading it. Hope this helps in some way or another.

If game still doesn't load it means your pc is not supporting the minimum configuration which Sims 3 game required

When you say 'It doesn't work,' How far do you get? e.g. Does the game load at all? What condition is the disk in? Is it scratched? Have you tried a lens cleaner disc for your PS3?

This happens because the laser comes away from where it needs to be! You can fix it from home with the use of a good repair guide or send it in.
