Mp3 player wont charge or turn on

The screen will turn on when i plug it into the usb port but it wont charge and it wont turn on when i unplug it from the usb

I have the vl 868 and it would only turn on with the charger in- not when it was unplugged. it took me awhile- you have to turn the switch on and then hold play for like 4-5 seconds for it to turn on.

Eclipse mp3 player 4g wont charge


Try this. Turn your computer off. Plug in the mp3 via usb port with player in the on postion. Turn the computer back on. You should a large green battery symbol on the screen flashing left to right. Took me about 3 days of finally fiqure it out. Also try different USB ports if you have more than one. Good Luck

I just purchased the MP3 player and can't use it yet, because it won't charge....I tried both USB plug in spots on the front and back of my computer tower and neither worked.

It won't charge from an USB hub. It must be plugged intoan USB port on the computer itself.
