Minolta 2530DL. This piece of junk has another

Minolta 2530DL. This piece of junk has another paper jam. I have followed all the instructions I can find on-line, but only have a couple of bits of torn paper in the roller/s, that I can't reach. How do I get at these bits, without damaging the roller beneath ? I won't be buying Minolta stuff again - their service department is ****.

Thank you for your kind reply.
I'm not going by the readout - but by the fact that bits of paper get stuck under one or two of the final feed rocker/rollers,,,, and are a bu@@er to get out.
Kinolta Customer Service - AND MANAGEMENT - are aware of just how badly designed this paper feed system is, but will do nothing about it.
I have had to virtually strip this piece of carp down, just to give me a little more access,,,, even then, its more than a struggle.
Thanks again.

SOURCE: My Konica Minolta 2530DL printer has paper jam ,as

This error message is displayed by the printer when paper is jammed in one or more locations. In such a case, users are recommended to remove the jammed paper from the specified location. The entire paper path must be checked for any pieces of paper. To stop the message, open and close the top most cover of the printer. Lastly, verify the flags and the sensors. If the problem persists, the cause of the error message could be a broken sensor or sensor lever.

Konica Minolta 4690MF - Paper jams in ADF

If it physically doesn't go through, try to push a heavy stock card or decent thick laminated paper and try to feed it through. There maybe a mylar (plastic sheet) flipped backwards or a piece of debree stuck in paper path of your Document Feeder. This may resolve 80% of issue.
The rest could be broken sensor flag (actuator) or dirty sensor that is not reading the paper passage (or it the sensor is faulty all together)
The amount of staples, paper clips, Bluetag and other junk I pulled from ADF over the years..Bucket loads :)
Good luck.

My 2530dl prints blank pages then gives a media jam fuser error

I literally just fixed the same problem in my 2530DL.

Look at section 6.3.23 in this service manual for a nearly identical model http://printer.konicaminolta.com/drivers/other/Manuals/24_25/fs_2400s.pdf and notice the "Precaution for Reinstallation"

This Registration Roller Solenoid is an electromagnet-activated lever which controls the timing of the page's movement through the printer.
The manual notes that the space between the "flapper" and gear is critical for proper timing. In my case, the tiny foam pad at the bottom end of the flapper had apparently become compressed over time, resulting in the spacing going out of tolerance.

I removed the foam pad and replaced it with layers of electrical tape, adding layers until I found the thickness needed to make the printer work correctly (6 to 8 layers). Then I removed the tape and glued in a piece of hard rubber of the same thickness. (Tape is only a temporary measure as it can compress or become sticky after a while.) Everything is back to normal now!

Good luck!

I've replaced all neccesary ink colors and now my 2530DL Konica Minolta wants me to replace my Drum Cartridge... I don't know what that is or how to do it!

Open the Front Cover and remove the OPC drum cartridge by pulling up from the green lever. I'm sure you'll find all these instructions on the box the new drum is comming.
