This remote control has no setup codes for Devant TV.

Change battery. Look for any jammed buttons on remote. If you have a SW Radio, switch it on, tune to a place whether there are no stations, and press various buttons on the remote. If you can listen to some clicking noise, the problem is on the TV sensor.
