You will want to take out the screws on the back of the dryer behind the control panel. Once off you will see all the wires and such connecting to the timer and the knobs. Make sure you disconnect the power first before digging in in there. When you find the spot that your knob goes take that control part off and place your knob in. Once you have the back off you will see how it goes on. If you have any other questions feel free to ask me and please let me know if this was helpful to you. Good luck and glad I could help.
most dryer knobs just pull straight off. be sure to get all the pieces off the shaft(small black spring clip on some??). new knobs are easily obtained from any parts house and push on. J
If you have recently cleaned unit and got moisture behind knobs, this may stop when the spark switches dry out. If not you will need to replace spark switches behind the knobs.
