You must change PA(Power Amplifier) IC on your phone.5-6second signal than gone is a sign of PA IC not work any more.You know that PA is an IC where phone use to transmit.I hope it help.
Your phone's signal may depend on the reception provided by your network provider, like for example...if you are near to one of your network provider's cell site or transmitter, you can get stronger signal for your phone...else, you'll have a weaker signal or reception..specially if your location while using your phone is in a remote area and no cell site or transmitter nearby.
