I Would Suggest Using iTunes To Reformat It. iTunes 7 Includes Reformat Software For Every iPod Model.

I formatted my Philips SA1922 2GB MP3 Player and didnt copy file folders now i cant play music and cant find where todownload firmware

when you format any drive you erase everything that is on them. you need to find the original files from the manufacturer to rebuild your system. philips should have files to download on their website philips.com. make sure your item is registered and they should give them to you for free. next time be sure to only delete your files. and only format first time use storage devices. the player should have already been formatted for your use.!!!!

MPIO Utility can be used with MPIO player that supports USB Mass Storage.
With this, you can..
- Format and Recover MPIO player
- Upgrade firmware of MPIO flash-type player
- Building playlist of MPIO hdd-type player

* Supported OS : Windows 98 SE, ME, 2000, and XP
* MPIO Utility doesn't work with FL200 and FY300.
* If you are using the latest firmware, be sure to use the latest version of MPIO Utility.
