I have a 1 1/2 hp 230/110 marathon single phase motor controlled by forward reversing starters with 24 volt controlled. How do I wire this motor up for for/rev ???

You need to determine at which voltage you will run this motor. A motor starter mechanically and electrically interlocked for F & R. with 24v transformer, a SS and FR station. This is expensive but sweet, needs room for this equipment.
The easy budget is by using a drum switch.
The motor nameplate or splice box cover will hand the info on how to connect the motor for either voltage and for CW and CCW rotation.
The magnetic motor starter also will include a wiring diagram.

How to wire a curtis 7.5 compressor

In all seriousness consult your yellow pages for an electrician. Depending on the exact model the motor could be 208 volts, 230 volts, or 460 volts, and single phase or three phase electrical service, any of which will cause serious injury or death to anyone not familiar with commercial electrical systems.

T-30 wiring changing from 460 volts to 230 volt 3 phase

There are several items that will need to be changed or replaced. First rewire motor. Remove weather head cover. On the motor will be a tag that shows how to wire for 460 volts and 230 volts.Check the tag and present wiring to make sure they match. Then look at the 230 wiring and change wiring per motor tag. Again check the motor tag to see max amps at 460 volts and 230 volts. 230 volts will be higher than 460 volts. Check the starter (if so equiped) to see how many amps its rated for. You will probably have to replace the starter. Make sure it has a 230 volt coil. Next size the overload heaters for your amperage. This conversion is not a simple task unless you're familiar with electrical . Good luck!!!
Next the starter coil will need to be replaced with a 230 volt coil

T-30 compressor will not start up without loading motor. How many check valves are there and where are they located. My unit has an aftercooler.

Unless it is a duplex unit (2-compressors on one receiver tank) there is only one check valve . It is located on the receiver tank where the copper line goes into the tank.

I have a dayton 1 1/2 h.p electric motor, and need the wiring diagram for 460 volt. the part number is [1] 3n013bb. thanks

Line is L1 L2 L3 to line voltage. wire nut 4-7 together wirenut 5-7 together and wirenut 6-9 together connect 123 to line for low voltage 123 together 456 together 679 together. This works on all dual voltage 3 phase motors. Some of the newer Daytom motors have a plug that you just turn for changing voltage. Rudty
