i am using HJD master fan
    model:XJD8025HS

but after my computer is getting warm inside still it doesn't work
    i tested that also.

Are you sure the fan should run all the time? Often, fans kick on at power-up, then turn off until an internal thermal sensor detects the caseworks are getting too warm inside. What specific maker and model do you have?

Sorry. I see you provided the information, eMachines T2682. Their website does not provide service manuals, but you can ask eMachines if the fan is thermally-controlled by sending them eMail at http://emachines-us.custhelp.com/cgi-bin/emachines_us.cfg/php/enduser/ask.php?

It appears that eMachines withholds a lot of information, hoping to sell you additional support services, so this information might not be provided unless and until you pay them for it.

Device could not start

what device? is *********** board won't start? Or a hardware doesn't start like ram or your printer
If the problem is your motherboard check all your hardwares and connectors like this:
  1. If the motherboard won't start if you click the power button check the LED(the small light bulb on your motherboard) if its glowing. If not, check the connector of your power supply or check the power supply if its working by looking its fan if revolving.
  2. If you push the button and there's a sign of power but didn't start up that will appear on your screen check the connection of your monitor screen to your desktop computer. If it's connected, remove your RAM from the motherboard and insert it to another memory slot to check if it's broken.
  3. Last, if you push the power button and here 1 short beep but the boot screen didn't appeared from your screen check your graphic card. Remove the graphic card and re-insert it again to its graphic card slot and plug in your monitor connector to it. If it still remain that way, buy a new graphic card.

Toshiba 4511 error CEF0

CEF0 indicates Revolver motor abnormality.
Perform output check 03-450 whether the revolver motor is working. If not, then change the revolver motor. If working, then u probably need to change the DRV board or LGC aaboard.

*Make sure all the connectors are plugged

I have a benq joybook 5000U, and it started to shut down for no reason i know.when i try to switch back on it shuts off again and have to wait like 10 seconds to be able to reboot.its really annoying:(...

yes most likely its power supply issue so get it checked.
Before that, check the Fan at the base, is its revolving ok Or looks like there is some obstruction. if its revolving speed is not ok or not smooth then get it rectified.

Call for service CEA0

This means the revolver (holds the 3 color toners/developer units) never returned/moved to its "home" position.
It could mean a bad or dirty home position sensor or a faulty/bad logic board or possibly a bad motor (not rotating the revolver correctly) try cleaning or replacing this sensor first.
if you remove the covers from the left side of the copier you will see the revolver unit. the sensor is located at the rear of the revolver unit mounted on the frame of the copier.(easy to see) there is one screw holding it and a small wire connector.
These copiers are "famous" for having dirty sensor issues.
If the revolver/machine makes an odd noise when starting up, caused by the revolver then its starting to turn (run the copier with the side cover open so you can watch it) then it would point more to being a drive problem.

Motherboard power on but no display.

Greetings!

Check first if all the cable, wire are connected properly.
See also at the back of your power supply if the switch is on, cause some power supply have switch aside from your system unit.

Usually once you open your computer you can hear a beep sound if their is no beep sound means something wrong with your computer.

As you turn on the computer see the fan of your power supply at the back of your unit if it revolves if not something wrong with your power supply, if the fun of your power supply re volves it's your motherboard have something wrong.

Thanks
