Hi. HP pavilion ZE2000 Turning off when i try to instal windwos xp
The laptop is turn off when i try to install windows xp. I put windows 98 ( very hard ) but works. I turn on the laptop and in 5 - 10 minutes is turning off again. The culer is working well. The laptop was verry used and never cleaned inside. I don`t know what to do. I want to clean it inside but i don`t know how to open it. Please let me know if you have a solution. Thanks

Unless you have a FRU manual for your model and you feel very comfortable taking your laptop I would avoid it and send it out for repair.
If your laptop is restarting I would remove the CPU, clean and put thermal paste and put it back together. You can use canned air to clean many of the parts that you can see.
