U can try disabling the unwanted programs from the startup.
Type msconfig in the run window and u will get the system configuration utility. U can use it to disable the startup programs.
This Link seems to provide the best thorough approach to getting those drivers installed & working.
However, someone claims, on this forum page(last post on the page) that all you need to do is use the "windows online driver search" function, and it will handle all of the messy work of locating, downloading & installing.
You can try upgrading your BIOS on your system as well as the chipset drivers. Try the link below, it takes you to the driver page for a ze2000. with windows XP.
Please describe your problem. Give more information. Follow these easy steps. CHECK YOUR BATTERY CHARGER FIRST. IS IT YOUR LAPTOP`S CHARGER? CHECK VOLTAGE SPECIFICATION BEHIND YOUR CHARGER AND MATCH IT WITH YOUR DETAILS UNDER YOUR LAPTOP. IF THEY DON`T MATCH DO NOT TRY TO PLUG IN OR TURN ON. 1-Plug it into power charger and check if there is an electricity in your sockets (use bulb mounted tester screwdrivers). 2-Find the right power button and try to turn it on. 3-If you don`t see any lights on body of your laptop or anything on your screen please try to turn it on in different location like hall, kitchen even in your neighbour. 4-Do not try to remove or tamper something to solve this problem. 5-Remove any Cd/Dvd or any Usb devices such as pen/flash drives.
If nothing happens ask anyone who repairs computers. Do not try to install operating system (Windows/Linux etc.) because you might lose your possibly existed recovery partition in your computer (this has already installed copy of your operating system). Do not trust neighbour`s or a child`s knowledge, they can cause big problems easily. Most of the problems are caused by wrong charger, no electricity like problems.
It could also be the conncetion came loose, which can happen with IDE hard drives if the laptop gets moved around a lot. Remove the hard drive and take it to an electronics store to have it tested, or if you have a friend with an external enclosure (2.5" IDE interface, they cost between$10-20) you can hook it up to another computer via the USB port
Unless you have a FRU manual for your model and you feel very comfortable taking your laptop I would avoid it and send it out for repair.
If your laptop is restarting I would remove the CPU, clean and put thermal paste and put it back together. You can use canned air to clean many of the parts that you can see.
