change the heating elament this is not hard to do it goes back the same way you take it out thank you for useing fixya

chances are the element is broken. generally the element will eventually break at a weak point. if you are a "fix it yourself" type you can repair the element with a little efort. (be glad to tell you how if t you choose this as apposed buying a new one.
