if you place your hands on either side of the stroller keeping your hands on the side of the handle at the same time pull uo and that rfolds and unfolds stroller

There is also a phone # and you need the model # and date of manufacture to get the instruction manual. I'll keep looking tho!

I have a second hand Safety First Quicksmart Stroller without a manual. There are 6 steps to unfold the stroller but I can't get past step 2, it's the part that allows the wheels to swivel around to face the right direction. I can't see a visible button or leaver. Any help will be gratefulyl received.

lay the Frog chassis FLAT on the floor, pull the two release knobs on either side of the handlebar toward you while lifting the handlebar up at the same time.

It's easy once you do it a few times...but I was frustrated too in the beginning.

There's a locking mechanism on the left hand side about mid-way down just under the armrest. You need to pull the plastic lock off of the pin and then unfold according to the "fold" instructions included in the manual.
