After processing a batch of dough, I can't get the pastry blade to come off. It still rotates and operates but it seems to be stuck on the spindle.
This is the kind of thing it would be very difficult to fix without being there in person. Do you still have the manual? It's possible there's some well hidden button or latch you have to hold in while you remove it. I tried to find a manual online, but was unsuccessful. I did see where you can purchase one - though I doubt you'll want to pay the $16 for it.
