The volume control buttons on the satellite speaker do not work. I can adjust the volume using the controls on my MacBook and Ipod. But nothing happens when I use the touch buttons on the speaker itself.

click start control panel sounds and audio devices you can adjust the volume there also select speaker volume you can change your settings there you can also tick in the box place icon in taskbar for any further volume control settings you will need to right click on the volume iconsystem select adjust volume

The problem may be with the internal electronics of these speakers, especially the sub-system that controls the treble. If they are still under warranty, you should talk to the dealer. If not, you should contact a technician.
