It depends on your phone model. Some you can do an external reset on and others need to be reflashed if you forgot the PIN code. You'll need to provide the phone model to help us understand which you need to do.

it has a small hole to reset in it. put some pin type tool to reset

If you have entered a new pin, then we cannot help. If it is the factory pin then that will be 0000 or 1234.

I have lost the manual so i cant add my bluetooth to my phone with the pass key

The pin for most bluetooth headsets is: 0000

Default pin is "0000"
