I have a problem in my laptop screen (LED), A bright white dot appear on center of display...!

1. Open the Alexa app .
2. Open Devices .
3. Select your Echo Dot with clock device.
4. Select LED Display.
5. Turn the Adaptive Brightness feature on or off, or drag the slider to change the brightness level.

It appears to be a known issue

Fix 1: Hard reset your laptop
Remove the power, hard drives, the battery and any attached peripheral devices. Press and hold the power button for 60 seconds and release. Put your battery in and plug the charger. Then don't plug anything else.Nov 20, 2019

Unfortunately, it is not possible to adjust the brightness of the LED display on an Echo Dot. To increase visibility, you can place it in an area with more ambient light, or you can use a lamp or other light source to illuminate the LED display.

It amuses me the Monitor name is 'Brilliance'. Your issue is covered on the manual.

If your HP laptop has a dull screen, or if the screen is too bright to make out anything that's displayed, you may need to adjust the brightness to get your screen back the way you like it. You don't want to strain your eyes to see your screen, and the fix is really simple. It's about as easy as adjusting the brightness on a TV. You'll have your brightness set the way you want it in a few seconds.

Step Right-click on an empty space on the desktop and a drop-down menu will appear.
Step Click on "Properties." If the HP laptop uses Windows Vista, you'll click on "Personalize."
Step On the "Personalize appearance and sounds" screen, click on "Window Color and Appearance."

Step Click on the arrow beside "Show color mixer."
Step Use your mouse pointer to move the tab on the "Brightness" scale to the left or the right to adjust the brightness and click on "OK" when you're content with the color.

There might have been a glitch on startup, the operational system can do strange things, probably nothing to worry about.

Do the following
To adjust the LCD brightness press the Fn + (Up) key combination or the Fn + (Down) key combination. The changed screen brightness is displayed at the center of the screen for a moment.
OR
1. Turn the computer on and press the F2 key when the SAMSUNG logo appears on the screen to enter the BIOS Setup. 2. Select the Boot menu and set the Brightness Mode Control item to User Control. 3. Press the F10 key to save the settings and exit Setup.

Could be try connecting to an external monitor using the vga port. If the same problem appears on the external display the problem is most likely the video card. You may wan to update the display drivers.
