Place blower to low setting then change vents on at a time and listen for blend doors if you hear no change or the air doesn’t Chang from one vent to another then your blend door motor needs replacing
If you have actuators , yes they can be bad. If you have vacuum pods, they could be lacking vacuum from the engine ports. Check vacuum lines and system. Also the control valve in the dash could be bad.
it's either a fuse or it's a bad blower motor, it could be a bad blower
motor resistor but usually you'll get either high or low only, so if
you have nothing on any speed, high low etc, and all the fuses are ok
chances are it's your blower motor.
