SOURCE: Shutter won;t open

Are you talking about the shutter, or do you really mean the automatic lens cover ? Take a look at this first to see if this is what you meant. Make sure you read the comments also for additional tips. I don't think it will be necessary to open it up to fix it. Stick with the easy tips, they should work, especially if this is happening occassionally:

SOURCE: microSD atchment write protect

The microSD card has no visible write protect tab that you can access: you need to use a Micro-SD to SD/mini-SD adapter that usually comes with your Micro-SD card and use the ON/OFF sliding tab on the adapter to disable or enable the wiite protection on your Micro-SD card: test the access via the adapter card before removing it.
Hope it helps: let me know how you go!

SOURCE: I cANNOT OPEN THE LENS OF MY CAMERA. OLYMPUS TOUGH

Apparently some problem in the inside of the camera with the lens assembly or something is disconnected. You can get in touch with the repairs of the Olympus company and see what repairs would cost. I am almost sure that the repair is going to be more than the camera is worth to you.
Many times dirt or dust can cause problems with the lens. Also this can be caused by internal problems which means repairs. In my experience with these small cameras, the lens repairs have been some of the hardest repairs to complete correctly. That is not saying that it cannot be done. If the lens is taken apart or removed, the camera should be re-calculated on a computer with the right software.

Not charging not turning on/off lens window open. Where can I take this to get it repaired? Old model but camera barely used for 1 year.

Olympus cameras have to be sent back to Olympus themselves which unfortunately they charge for, you can get the address from their website

Olympus Tough-8000 Flash Charging Warning

It could be the capacitor in the flash is defect, but it also could be your battery (batteries) are to low on voltage. ALthough when that happens the camera should switch of.
There could be all other kinds of defects, like oxidation of some contacts or a broken flat cable in the camera, But my guess is the capacitor does not charge to the correct voltage.
