There are plenty of unlocking sites out there that charge for this - but are almost always successful in unlocking phones: http://www.google.co.uk/search?hl=en&q=Sony+w850i+unlocking&meta= A simple Google search helps. However, here's one that say they do the W850i: http://www.mobile2mobile.net/unlock/RemoteunlockingSonyericsson.htm However, it might be worth searching for a cheap solution. As far as I can tell, there is no software or any other solution for that matter that can allow you to unlock your phone by yourself for free.

If you try it, SEtool can very easily unlock a W810, I have done it without any problems. The problem is the new security on the phones. The platform is now what is called DB2020, and these phones cannot be unlocked. All new

s are the same, so you cant unlock K800/K790 onwards unfortunatly.

Im sorry to say this, but theres no unlock code for sony erricson unless like nokia..so you have to take your mobile to any service centre in order to unlock it.. thank you!!..

Usim Lock

You just need to get your phone unlocked. When you do that it will work with any sim card that is installed. There are various resources online to do that. Cost is inexpensive. You will have to provide the IMEI number and they will give you a key sequence that will unlock your phone.
