    Hi Hadymay - I will need rather more information than this to help you determine what the fault is. Can you describe in more detail what is happening from when you turn the printer on, through when you try to print a document. Please include a description of what lights on the control panel are lit or flashing.

Did you mean paper jam?. If you have used printer for long time, or many pages printed, the paper feeder mecahnic deteoration, especially two rubber in paper feeder. You can replace paper feeder. Or you can repair the rubber by adding tape below rubber to to add thickness of rubber. I have tried and success. Good luck 4 u.

If I remember this correctly the SX subseries are the Latin American versions so here is a LA driver for it:

Epson c43sx does not print
It is possible that the ink cartridges in your printer (especially applicable if you are using refilled or compatible carts) can not be read by the printer. Some compatible cartridges have a failure rate as high as 30% and so it is very possible that the machine either does not see the cartridges or can not read them.

Replace the cartridges with genuine Epson ones and try again. The genuine ink will also help to clear any hardening cheap ink in the print head.
