Question about Xerox Phaser 8500/DN Printer
Hello, My printer reports a paper jam. The front panel message says "Open front cover to clear jam". I have opened every cover and pulled back every green flap it is possible to pull back. I have checked the drum. There is no sign of any paper. What can I do? Can I reset the sensors so that this fault no longer registers? Thank you for taking the time to read this. Richard
There is a flag sensor on the registration assembly that is possibly broken.
