Trying to Connect LG 32LC7D TV to Samsung Tab 3 7.0. I have tried to connect it just the hdmi cable, and nothing happened. Then I read that Samsung Tab 3 7.0 needs a special adapter to connect the HDMI to tablet and TV. I bought the adapter, connected one side to tablet, another to tablet charger, and to the HDMI port in the TV, and nothing...still says "No Signal". I have changed all the TV HDMI output channels, and still no signal. anyone else has a similar problem? Any solutions?

You will need an HDMI to DVI cable which are available in the shops, even ASDA has one but I don't know how good it is. Or you can buy an adapter that will plug into one of the ends of the HDMI cable and then plug into the DVI socket at the back of the TV. The DVI input is video only so you will need audio leads for sound. These will connect from the output of your source, say, blue ray or sky HD (Left and right audio sockets ) to the audio L/R at the back left of the TV (on the block next to the three component video connections and s-video connections)

it sounds like a refresh issue, double check you selector and make sure it fits the refresh of the tv. i had this once with a sharp where the tv was 120hz and the selector was 60 and it created a no signal and when it did come in it was jumpy. if you have a 120 tv then selector should be the same.

Yes you can connect your computer output to lcd tv through dvi-hdmi cable or vga-hdmi cable.
1. Connect to HDMI (DVI) : just plug in HDMI (DVI) out of PC or laptop to HDMI or DVI TV. Than select source from HDMI.
2. Connect to PC : Plug D sub to TV, select PC in.
