I am not sure what that is. I need to be able to connect the desktop computer to the router with the internet coming from the desktop. The broadband card has software to connect it so it must be connected through the desktop and then I would like to have wireless. Hope this helps!

First thing that you have to do is to check if the wireless light on your linksys wrt150N is lit. If it is, then that means that it is emitting wireless signal so you can connect wirelessly.

Then, install your verizon usb mobile broadband card on your desktop. When you plug it to the usb port, a pop up balloon would show on your page which would say FOUND NEW HARDWARE. you could click on it and choose the CD-drive to install OR you can run the cd and have it install on itself.

After installing the usb, try to connect to your wireless network. Start > Connect to > and then click on the name of your wireless network.

How can I get the router IP of my Linksys 2.4GHz broadband router?

The Linksys G router gives you both wired and wireless connections over a broadband Internet connect to create a local area network. The Linksys router is compatible with wireless G and B devices, through the 2.4-GHz wireless band. The wireless speed is at 54 megabytes per second and you can get 100 megabytes per second with a wired connection. You have to set up the wireless configuration on the Linksys before using it on your network.

Plug the router's power cable into an electrical outlet. Attach an Ethernet cable into the Internet port on the back of the router. Connect the other end into your broadband modem. Connect your computer to the Linksys G using another Ethernet cable. This Ethernet cable can go into any of the wired router ports. Open your Internet browser. Type "192.168.1.1" in the address bar and hit "Enter." This is your router's IP address and the home of its Web configuration page. Click "Wireless." Click "Manual." Alter your SSID, also known as your network name. You can change this name to any value that you want. You can also change the wireless channel if you are in an area with many wireless connections that may interfere. Click "Save Changes." Click "Wireless Security." Choose an encryption method to encrypt your wireless transmissions. WPA or WPA2 are common security protocols you can use in wireless networks. Input a network key, also known as the network password. Click "Save Changes."

Want to connect Linksys Wireless-G Broadband Router WRT54G to my computer for internet access.

I don't understand your question.

You connect to a router either wirelessly or via ethernet or via USB. There is another piece you need, you need a connection, DSL, FIOS or Cable. Do you have a modem?

If you have a moden, you connect your router to the modem by the method of your choice (Ethernete or USB or wireless). Then you connect your computer to your router via the method of your choice. I presume you have more than one cocmputer? You dont really need a router UNLESS you cannot put your computer near your router AND/OR you have multiple computers you want to network to your connection.

Sometehing else, is your computer equipped for wireless? or do you have a ethernet card called a NIC (Network Interface Card) and your operating system ... is it wireless able?

Does this help any?

Need my USB sprint card to connect with my wireless G router

Well - you are mixing up two different kind of wireless networks.
Your sprint card connects to the same network a cell phone connects to (EV-DO technology), while your local network at home uses a different technology (802.11).
What you need in order to connect to your Linksys router is a USB adapter like this.

If you have any more questions, just come back here and leave a comment - I'm happy to help.

How to connect wireless router, Netgear WGR614, to my computer?

4 steps to set up your home wireless network
1.
Choose your wireless equipment
The first step is to make sure that you have the equipment you need. As you're looking for products in stores or on the Internet, you might notice that you can choose equipment that supports three different wireless networking technologies: 802.11a, 802.11b, and 802.11g. We recommend 802.11g, because it offers excellent performance and is compatible with almost everything.
Shopping list
• Broadband Internet connection
• Wireless router
• A computer with built-in wireless networking support or a wireless network adapter

A wireless router
The router converts the signals coming across your Internet connection into a wireless broadcast, sort of like a cordless phone base station. Be sure to get a wireless router, and not a wireless access point.
A wireless network adapter
Network adapters wirelessly connect your computer to your wireless router. If you have a newer computer you may already have wireless capabilities built in. If this is the case, then you will not need a wireless network adapter. If you need to purchase an adapter for a desktop computer, buy a USB wireless network adapter. If you have a laptop, buy a PC card-based network adapter. Make sure that you have one adapter for every computer on your network.
Note: To make setup easy, choose a network adapter made by the same vendor that made your wireless router. For example, if you find a good price on a Linksys router, choose a Linksys network adapter to go with it. To make shopping even easier, buy a bundle, such as those available from D-Link, Netgear, Linksys, Microsoft, and Buffalo. If you have a desktop computer, make sure that you have an available USB port to plug the wireless network adapter into. If you don't have any open USB ports, buy a hub to add additional ports.
2.
Connect your wireless router
Since you'll be temporarily disconnected from the Internet, print these instructions before you go any further.
First, locate your cable modem or DSL modem and unplug it to turn it off.
Next, connect your wireless router to your modem. Your modem should stay connected directly to the Internet. Later, after you've hooked everything up, your computer will wirelessly connect to your router, and the router will send communications through your modem to the Internet.

something like this http://catalog.belkin.com/IWCatProductPage.process?Product_Id=187337 for an ADSL connection.

or if your Cable modem has LAN ports you may just be able to use an "Access Point" to add Wireless capabilities. http://www.linksys.com/servlet/Satellite?c=L_Product_C2&childpagename=US%2FLayout&cid=1126536803676&pagename=Linksys%2FCommon%2FVisitorWrapper&lid=0367639789B22
