Uninstalling cant uninstall after installing on vista op.

if you haven't uninstall the previous theme then uninstall it otherwise check your sound card

you cannot uninstall vista from control panel.

you cant uninstall it...once u have it on there u can only format as mentioned above. its not that bad...however, win 7 is awsome....give it a try.

Assuming everything was working before you switched Operating Systems, the problem is likely that you still have the drivers for the previous OS. You should first make sure the old drivers are uninstalled by going into Device Manager, right clicking on the drive, selecting properties, going into the driver menu, and uninstalling them.

Then you need to find the Vista drivers for the drives (either go to the manufacturer's website, or just Google the model of drive you have) and install them. Make sure you restart your computer afterwords.

First you will have to logon as Administrator/Supervisor to get the security clearance to install/uninstall any of Programs(Software) from your PC.........sodeep
PS: sometimes the user name & password are Administrator and Administrator as default settings.

u must have not properly uninstalled AVG properly, remove it from registry also. If you cant do it try any uninstaller software to remove avg completely

If you uninstall the programs or Windows components you should have a backup for them before uninstalling.
If you have a registered vista cd you can uninstall all system and install again using backup copies for security.
Cause some vista in new computer don't need cd backup they have that installed.Just click backup oracle 9i and try.

Put your window XP disk into the Disk drive. Start up your computer. When it asks you what Drive you want to install it on select C:\ (where Vista is) Say yes to deleting the current Operating System and follow the instructions from there.

You did say you wanted to Uninstall Vista!

If you mean Dual Boot Vista and XP, then you will need to create a Logical Partition of about 10 Gb to install XP on and when asked where to install select this partition. But note that XP will wipe the Boot sector clean of all other Operating Systems which means that if you want to Dual boot then you will have to reinstall Vista again to get Dual Boot functionality.

Your problem is very simple..Try this..first right-click mycomputer go to->properties->hardware->device manager->just right click on the device u want to uninstall and click->uninstall(u can also hit delete after clciking on the device)..it will ask for a confirmation and say yes If you cant uninstall the software it is probably a problem with the registry which you can fix with any registry fixing tool like registry cleaner can fix it.Do this and try uninstalling again!
