Have a Philips Magnavox 25" tv that I picked up from friend. Parental lock is on, and no one has the code. How do I reset this?

Hey Mike,

Look on the top of the screen where it says "All Products > Philips > Magnavox MT1905B 19" TV > Troubleshooting " Think that might tell you what set it is?

From Daewoo customer service:
"You can try these codes 2211 or 3308 if they do not work you will need to reset the unit. You will need to unplug it for 45 minutes that will reset the TV to factory settings. Then the pass codes I provided should work."

Forgot my parental control code and losted manual

On the Nintendo DSi Menu, use the stylus to select the Settings ("wrench") icon.
Select the right arrow twice to reach the third page, then select "Parental Controls."
Select "Yes," to change the parental controls.
You will be prompted for your 4-digit PIN.
- If you know the PIN, select the empty text box and enter the PIN using the on-screen keyboard, then select "OK" to continue.
- If you don't know the PIN, select "I forgot," then select the empty text box for the answer to the secret question and enter it using the on-screen keyboard. Select "OK" to continue.
- If you don't know either the PIN or the secret question, the Parental Controls will need to be reset. Please call 1-800-255-3700 for assistance.
Select "Clear Settings," then select "Yes" to confirm.

I lost my operations manual for my DSI and the past user set the parental controls pin code and i can't recall knowing it. I have my inquiry number but I don't have my Operations manual to have the other...

Go to parental controls in system settings. When it asks 'Change Parental Controls settings?' tap yes. When it brings up a numeric keypad, tap the center button, "I Forgot". Next, tap "I Forgot" again. Now you will be shown a screen with a number at the bottom (the 'inquiry number'). Go to http://wii.marcansoft.com/parental.psp on your computer and enter this number in the field marked confirmation number. Set the current date in your timezone and click get reset code. And Voila! Your DSi is now parental control free!

Parental Control code stays on TV

We had this with loss of power and we have Fios so it may be alittle different but try to go to settings on main menu and scroll down to parental controlls and set up a code then click off option this worked for us . Good luck

I lost my parental control password on my xbox

Go to Settings
Highlight Parental Control
When the screen pops up that says Enter Pass Code press: X, Y, Left Trigger, X

You'll be taken to the parental controls screen where you can disable the passcode previously entered.
