contact the sevice provider

while the printer is powered on.....unplug the power module and then press and hold the # 3 button at the same time......while holding the two buttons reconnect the power module......will fix the problem.

First... you need to check if you have instaled SP2, on Start/Control Panel/Add or Remove programs; here select "Show updates"..

Download and  install.

Hi Greg- double check to make sure the machine is set for auto pick up.To do this:

1)On the control panel press MENU
2)Use the < or the > button to select Fax setup, then press ENTER.
3)Use the < or the > button to select Fax Recv. Setup and then press ENTER.
4)Press ENTER to select answer mode.
5)Use the < or the > button to select Automatic, then press ENTER.
The control panel display shows the answer mode you specified.

reset the unit..press menu#9000*550 Then press start.Call service 3 has something to do with the temperature of the unit check thermostat @ the fuser unit.replace it because the thermostat is not switching to on/off condition although it reaches its peak temperature.

try this

press menu #9000* 550 start

unplug the unit after you heard the beep for 10 seconds
