Motorola phones require another software inorder to download pictures and music to and from the phone.

You would need to get a copy of Mobile Phone Tools. You'll be able to pick these up just about anywhere for a nominal fee.

Once installed, all the necessary drivers will be available to "recognize your hardware" and you'll be able to download your pics from your phone.

You need to install the motorola drivers. Do so by either going to www.motox.info go to downloads section and install the "p2k drivers" . Or you can even download Motorola Mobile Phone tools. If you dont use mobile phone tools, make sure you go to connections, and check the mass storage device as the connection method. If you need further assistance, just check my profile.

Your razor phone will connect to your pc with updated software from motorola Don't worry it is free. after you download the software run the program then connect your phone with the phone powered off, then turn on your phones power, it takes a minuet for the phone to connect to the program then your computer should recognize the phone. You can pay for the service thru your provider, pay for the software(motorola phone tools), download free software(bitpim), save it to your SD card if you have one, pull it out and use a card reader to get it, or get a software upgrade that changes your phone to a USB drive and pull it off your phone.
