Sounds like both these network printers have lost connection to your router or failed to obtain an IP address after server maintenance or network upgrades.
Would suggest printing a configuration page on each of the printers and determine what the IP address is (If there is one) and see if other devices are in conflict. Power down your printers and reseat your Jetdirect Network Cards and confirm cable connections. Re-Power the printers and print configuration again to see if obtaining IP address.
Find out what IP address are to be assigned these printers and manually configure via embedded Web Server or at the printer control panel. Consult your manual or Follow these steps:
Configure the network product View or change network settings
1. Type the IP address into the address line of a Web browser to open the embedded Web server. 2. Click the Networking tab to obtain network information. You can change settings as needed.
Manually configure IPv4 TCP/IP parameters from the control panel In addition to using the embedded Web server, you can also use the control-panel menus to set an IPv4 address, subnet mask, and default gateway. 1. Press Menu . 2. Press the down arrow to highlight CONFIGURE DEVICE, and then press OK. 3. Press the down arrow to highlight I/O, and then press OK. 4. Press the down arrow to highlight EMBEDDED JETDIRECT MENU, and then press OK. 5. Press the down arrow to highlight TCP/IP, and then press OK. 6. Press the down arrow to highlight IPV4 SETTINGS, and then press OK. 7. Press the down arrow to highlight MANUAL SETTINGS, and then press OK. 8. Press the down arrow to highlight IP ADDRESS, and then press OK. -or- Press the down arrow to highlight SUBNET MASK, and then press OK. -or- Press the down arrow to highlight DEFAULT GATEWAY, and then press OK. 9. Use the numeric keypad, or press the up arrow or the down arrow to increase or decrease the number for the first byte of the IP address, subnet mask, or default gateway. 10. Press OK to move to the next set of numbers. To move to the previous set of numbers, press the back arrow . 11. Repeat steps 9 and 10 until the IP address, subnet mask, or default gateway is complete, and then press OK to save the setting. 12. Press Menu to return to the Ready state..

IS this printer wired LAN to your router? If so, look in the settings to your printer and check the IP address.

Now in the settings menu, it should have an option for you to set DLNA or manual. Set to manual. Enter the same IP address the machine originally had. If you could not find what ip address your printer had, in windows startmenu find run or command prompt and type ipconfig all.

Find the ip address for your computer. Add 10 to it. For example, if it is 192.168.0.2 than give your printer 192.168.0.12 If it asks for a subnet mask use 255.255.255.0

I believe the problem you are having is that every time your router resets it gives your printer a different ip address (dynamic IP), so your printer driver software can no longer find it. You need to use a static ip address (manually giving the printer an ip address) so it never changes and the driver can always find it.

Why do you need to set it manually? More than likely this is because of DHCP settings on the network which keep issuing a new IP address...anyways...here are the instructions....
To set the IP address, subnet mask, and gateway on the printer to match the printer settings page, perform the following steps:

1. Press the Menu button.
   
   
2. Press until Configure appears, and then press or .
   
   
3. Press until Network appears, and then press or .
   
   
4. Press until TCP/IP appears, and then press or .
   
   
5. Press until IPAddressSetup appears, and then press or .
   
   
6. Press until Panel appears, and then press .
   
   
7. Press the Cancel button.
   
   
8. Press until IP Address appears, and then press or .
   The cursor is located at the first digit of the IP address.
   
   
9. Press to enter the numbers for the IP address.
   
   
10. Press .
    The cursor moves to the next 3 digits of the IP Address.
    
    
11. Repeat steps 9 and 10 to enter all of the digits in the IP address, and then press .
    
    
12. Press the Cancel button.
    
    
13. Press until Subnet Mask appears, and then press or .
    
    
14. Repeat steps 9 and 10 to set Subnet Mask, and then press .

The Automatic Private IP Addressing (APIPA) protocol
automatically assigns an IP address from the range:
169.254.1.0 to 169.254.254.255. If the APIPA protocol is
disabled, the default IP address of a Brother print server is
192.0.0.192. To change it, use the printer control panel (if
applicable), the BRAdmin Professional, Web BRAdmin software
or let your DHCP server allocate an IP address to the printer.
