The iPad uses an Apple based operating system and the Android phone uses a Windows based operating system. Even though they both support Facebook, getting the two different devices to sync is highly unlikely.

Im not sure what you mean by 'link'. Maybe you mean Sync?
If you are looking to Sync the two devices, you have to upload your data to icloud. Apple gives us all 5GB of free storage. I normally sync my Notes App, Contacts, Calendar, Reminders and a few other. You have to be using the same Apple ID on both devices.
Go to your Settings. Go to iCloud. turn on the apps you want to sync.
Hook up a USB cable from your ipad to your computer. Download the music files and then connect the android phone the same way and put the music files into the music folder on the droid.
If you use another calendar service like Google Calendar, you can sync the two together so that you can easily see your calendar on your computer and on other locations. It would also be really effective for you to sync with your mobile phone to have a calendar with you the entire time. This will automatically update any new events you create on your Google Calendar, or mobile phone to your iPad.
it may be like a phone once you have set up an account to sign into it automatically stores that 1, so u would need to set up another log in account manually & then when u attempt to log in it will ask which 1 u want, if you cant set up more than 1 account, then u have to manually delete yours & then use his.
If you changed your password in the FB app, you will also need to change the native iOS/Auth module in setting on the iPad. Once you do this, you should sync up. See the image to see where to do this
You can add music to the iPad by directly downloading from the iTunes app or by importing your music into iTunes on a computer. Once your music is imported/downloaded into iTunes on a computer, you then just need to sync the music by connecting your iPad to a computer.
