For soft reset type *#7780# For hard reset type *#7370# and if it ask passcode enter the passcode as 1234 as default.Please backup all your data if you performing hard reset because hard reset deletes all data on your phone like contacts,messages,music,videos and photos

what you need to do is have the phone firmware reflash , take it to an authorised mobile service or mobile technician and have them reflash it for you

try resetting your phone to factory settings thi will cleaqr the phone memory, but be sure to back up your contacts before resetting ok.
