That malfunction is a toner motor drive problem. It has most likely died, or the motor has jammed. Check for any sort of jam inside the printer near the toner motor.
Otherwise, you will need it professionally repaired. There is no quick and cheap fix for this problem, unfortunately.

If the machine is throwing the C0070 code without the bottle being inserted than likely the worm gear of the little drive motor of the toner bottle holder is damaged.
If C0070 is only coming up with the bottle inserted, than the bottle may be wrong or damaged from previous attempts.
To reach the toner bottle holder ("hopper") mechanism you have to remove the rear cover.
As long as it uses Windows 95 or at best XP. NO go with anything new it is a legacy Minolta machine. Minolta is Konica Minolta. See if you can get the drivers for Windows 95 or XP again at best.

mam/sir Power off the machine. Then remove the toner bottle be careful the hole might be on the bottom toner is going to go everywhere. Then close the toner cover and turn on the machine. Let the machine go through it normal routine. When it asks for toner install the toner bottle correctly. If THE KUNB on the side of the bottle is damage put a new one in that KUNB is what the toner motor uses to turn the bottle if it damage you get a code. If that does not work you might have a bad motor or the home sensor or actuator for the toner bottle is bad worse case the control board is bad
This service code C0070 is a universal code used by Konica Minolta to indicate a toner bottle rotation failure. These machines add toner by rotating the toner bottle that you install in the machine. Most of the time this code is caused by a toner cartridge that has been installed incorrectly or has become dislodged from it's holder. To clear the code open the toner door and remove the toner cartridge/bottle from the machine. Close the toner door and turn the machine off then on to reset the code. Let the machine run. This may take several minutes and will allow the machine to bring the toner bottle receptacle into it's home position. Once the machine stops running completely, then you can re-install the toner cartridge. If the code does not come back you are ready to go. If the code came back after removing the toner but before you re-installed it then you have either a dirty rotation sensor or a bad toner drive motor and will need service. If the code comes back after the cartridge is re-installed then there is either a priblem with the cartridge or with the toner bottle drive. Toner moter drive fault. Bottle been put in wrong position. now jammed up machine. remove and turn machine off/on may work. If not have to reset error code in trouble mode. not a problem but engineer needed to do it.
