A Hedge fund is like a Mutual Fund, but isn't!!!
They can have the same types of securities within them, but can also have what Mutual Funds Don't...
Because a Hedge Fund is currently an "Unregulated Industry"!!
No government agency is overseeing this industry, but is in the works currently to maybe have some kind of regulation in the near future.
