Park 2 feet away from a wall and mark where the light is then adjust one way to see effect. Usually clockwise should raise the beam.

Freezer gets fool of frost on walls of freezer only

if its both sides and the top... possible causes; door not sealing all the way around, icemaker stalling and heating raising temp in freezer, or the airflow is blocked.... if it is frosting only on the back wall its a defrost issue..... more info is needed to narrow this down for you

My duravit toilet was hung too low and I'm trying to find a solution that doesn't require opening the wall

If you raise the toilet you will have to raise the plumbing so you have little choice.

This electric baseboard heater will be wallr mounted. Must it be raised and mounted above the floor or can it be set on the floor? Thanks, Mel

Mel, if you wave wall to wall carpeting, it should be about 1 1/2" off the carpeting. If you have hardwood floors 1/2" will suffice.

Hope this helped you.

Just moved in here and a painted wall has really bad troweling marks left on the wall. What would be the best way to deal with it, Just simply sand back to a level finish? Lazy plasterer.

Wash wall with TSP, and then fill all of the low spots with new drywall mud. It is TONS easier and less messy to raise all of the low spots. Faster too.

Temperature on Refrigerator keeps raising

unplug it, move it from the wall for about 1 foot, clean behind, and plug again. Don't move it back , it has to stay at 1 foot from the wall and forever, this is called breathing distance.

How to replace the rear wheel on Amana 22.1 cu.ft refrigerator

Remove anything in the unit that could spill or tip over. Raise the front leveling legs to allow unit to roll. Slide the unit out from the wall. Place something between the refrigerator and the wall to protect surfaces. ***Make sure you have someone to assist with this next part. Tilt unit to the side and lean it against the wall to raise up the roller to be replaced. There is a metal base that supports the rollers, compressor, condenser and fan motor. You will see a heavy duty metal pin that goes through the roller. Bend down the metal tab in the base to remove roller pin. Replace the roller, reinstall bin and bend the tab back up. Carefully set the refrigerator back down on all four rollers. push back in place and screw down the front leveling legs.
