Everything was working perfect the last time I was listening to my P2.
I make all my mixes on Windows Media Player, I name the Song, the Album and number them 1 thru 20 etc. This way I listen to them by Albums on the P2 not by Artists or Songs, Genres etc.
THE PROBLEM: When I used the P2 the next time, the numbers of my songs in every Album had been deleted or at least half of them, screwing up the track listing order.
I tried deleting them from the P2 and copied them again and it looks good until I disconect from the PC and it does it again. I also pressed the reset button on the back of the player.
Any help would be greatly appreciated as I love this MP3.

I don't know your Major but this is what I got from 10 minutes researching your field
Usually this is because the tracks on a soundtrack album are attributed to different artists. Your player is probably ordering them by artist in alphabetical order. You might be able to tell it to order them by track number instead, or you might need to re-write the ID3 tags on the files, in a program like iTunes.
It's easy to do.
Once in iTunes, highlight the album and right click, go to info, and tell it that all of the songs are written by the same person.
I hope this helps you! :)
to change headphone track, use the cue slider which is located on the right of the control panel above the right chanel treble control and below the cue gain control. chanel 1 or 2 can be selected or in the middle for a mix of both tracks just like the cross fader.
Yes. I have fixed my driver side window several times. The window went all the way down and came off the track, usually because the window automatically went all the way down. The first step was to take the interior side of the door off: (1) I unscrewed the screws around the door and pull the plastic screws out. (2) I disconnected the thin metal rod that connects the door handle to the door frame to be able to pull the interior part of the door away from the metal frame of the door. (3) I unscrewed the speaker to see where the window meets the rubber track. (4) I kept the electrical wires connected so that I could use the electric window button to lower and raise the window. (5) I lowered the window down below the rubber track and loosened the screw holding the rubber track to the door. (6) I manually adjusted the rubber track around the window glass and pressed the electric window button up slowly, making sure the glass stayed on the track. (7) I put everything back in place, screwed in the screws, etc. Be careful not to let the window go all the way down, because it seems to fall off the track at that point. Hope this helps!
Here's how I resolved the Play-Order Problem with my TH1101A using Windows Exporer: 1. I put every file (MP3 and WMA) in one folder on my computer. 2. I renamed the files 001.mp3, 002.mp3, etc in the order I want them to play. 3. On the FOLDER, Right click - Properties - Customize Tab 4. In dropdown, change to "Documents (for any file type), click Apply 5. General Tab, "Advanced..." button - UNcheck "For fast searching, allow Indexing..." 6. then click "OK" "Apply" "OK" to exit folder properties. 7. In explorer, all the files in the right pane should be sorted by name in proper order. 8. Copy the files to the Pearl. This worked for me, but of course, I can't guarantee anything.
