just enter it till the sftware says everything will be wiped offf if yu enter the wrong password again,,well enter it..it will delete eveeything frm the phone and then reinstall useing blackberry offive manager software..its easy

Then connect your phone WITHOUT the battery to your PC and Click on App Loader. Follow directions and install the Software. The Installation WILL FAIL THE 1ST TIME. Thats normal. This time connect the phone WITH the battery and try the same thing again and you will have a brand new phone. except your Data.

The best way to fix any JVM error is to reinstall the device software. This is the same process as if you had to reinstall your OS (windows) for example on your PC. You will lose all information but you device will be reset to the state of when you first removed it from the box when purchased.
Unfortunately to fix this JVM 513 error you will need to either restore a full backup via desktop manager, or download and reinstall the Blackberry handheld OS from your carrier.
