Question about Multitech Systems MVP810 Router
We have recently purchased the MVP810 Router in india office and us office. at starting i have taken only 6 voip lines from them. and recently i have added more 6 lines to MVP810 Router it started giving problem to me. for example : Every time i am getting the error voice message " SORRY CALL CAN NOT BE CONNECTED AS DIALED " ... sO PLEASE SUGGEST ME SOME GOOD IDEAS AND PLEASE HELP ME AS EARLIEST POSSIBLE
Is your router connected to a telephony switch at some point because the switch may not be accepting your dialing scheme.

Let me explain, when you dial a number the telephony switch has to use what are called translations to interpret your dialing scheme. If you are not sending the proper dialed digits that the switch can handle you will get this messagee.
I would suggest that you put a protocol analyzer on the line and determine if what you are sending is what the switch is interpreting.
