No A/C My unit will power on and the fan works, however when I turn it to the Cool mode I can hear a click in the unit, the cool light comes on for 5 seconds or less, then it will click again and the light will flash 9 times. The warranty on the unit is 4 years however only covers parts, labor is $90 per hour......Is it just a fuseable link/circuit breaker?

It seems that that the overload of compressor is tripping on and off, either your compressor overload is defective or the compressor itself

In Fan mode, fan works; but in AC mode, I can hear the normal AC sounds, except the fan never turns on. This is the fan in the lower half of the unit in the inside of the house, which blows the air...

on a call for air conditioning your therrmastat brings the indoor fan on and the out door unit at the same time. Since your fan comes on in "fan" mode, it sounds like you need a thermastat. For temp. cooling just turn your fan switch to "on" and turn system switch to cool and set desired temp. System will cycle off and on but fan will not shut off until fan control is set back to "auto". I suggest replaceing thermastat

Just clicking is all your getting from ceiling assembly? No other modes work such as fan, or furnace? If that's the case, check your circuit breakers to make sure it didn't trip.

Fan comes on but unit does not heat or cool the air

You,ll need to open the furnace and observe the led lights on the comtrol board the is a chart attaced to cover. If it is in lock out mode the fan runs. To reset turn off at tstat.the turn the power on at the furnace, set tsat up, observe furnace. First you should hear a small fan then the glow of the ignitor then the opening of the gas valve and flames 10-30 seconds then the big fan.

Air conditioner fan will not come on and unit will run for 1 minute and stop

You hear the compressor kick in (Hum) but no fan comes on? Will the fan come on when just in fan mode, not cool, or do you have that set-up?

Temperature display and "Cool" light flicker and click

It has an electrical problem, first. You (and I) won't know about needing freon until the compressor is running.

No cooling after power out, indicator lights pattern not in manual

The Mitsubishi units have to be reset by turning off the indoor units by switching the remote or thermostat to off. Then turn off the breaker to the outside unit(s). After 30 seconds, turn on the breaker and then you can turn on the remote for cool. If no lights come on on the inside units, most likely you have blown a fuse soldered on the main PC board. At this point, call your technician. A goos tech will be able to wire in an in-line fuse holder so if it should happen again, you can easily replace the fuse. If you do see a light or two come on at the indoor unit but the outdoor unit does not start after 3 or 4 minutes, sounds like you will need to call a technician. Most likely you have a blown fuse on the main PC board of the outside unit. It is not an easy one to replace. Good Luck!
