Not, we only provide advice. You can search for what you need on the internet though, like on eBay or sewing machine parts providers. Husqvarna Viking 340 handwheel Google Search
You might try turning the machine off and unplugging it for about 15 minutes. That may reset it. Also, consult the owner's manual for troubleshooting issues.
That is a good video of the issue. That wheel inside there that is rotating may have a retention nut or other fastener that is loose. If you feel confident, remove the cover housing the problematic wheel and check the fastener that holds it in place.
One place you might try would be at www.sewingpartsonline.com Although I didn't see the manual you are looking for advertised, (they did have a 350 manual), they also said to send an email to [email protected] and ask for your specific manual. Also, you might want to check this website: http://www.tradebit.com It looks like they sell all sorts of manuals. I did find your manual, but putting the machine name in the search box. Of course it's always a good idea to keep an idea on eBay. I checked today but didn't see one, but you just never know. I checked on Amazon, and they had some parts, but no manual. But in the ads at the bottom of the page, they did recomend the first site I mentioned. Good luck!
