Hook the wire to a switch and another wire to a ground. After u power the unit up flip the switch. It will come up with a warning just hit ok and your ready to go. It has to be grounded AFTER it powers up or it wont work.

Hello haehner, Question why would you want to watch a movie while driving? That beeing said this is a tech forum so here goes. Take the brake wire attach it to a switch, take the other endof the switch and attach it to ground. In most cases companies have gotten wise to just grounding the break wire, so they have made it so the feature must be keyed off the break pedal light switch and must be connected, if conected to permanent ground it senses this and shut the unit down anyway, so what you have to do is connect the switch as I told you and try the sequence of on-off-on and this will disable the break feature. Again, don't do this the break wire is a safety feature. Thank you, Shuttle83
